By using Career Masterz services, you agree to these terms. We provide visa and immigration consultancy services on a best-effort basis. Visa approvals are subject to embassy discretion and we cannot guarantee outcomes. Our role is to guide, document, and represent your application with the highest professional standards.

Fees & Payments

All fees are communicated upfront in writing. No hidden charges apply. Our fee structure is transparent and covers consultation, document review, application filing, and follow-up. Additional costs such as visa application fees, medical exams, translation charges, and courier fees are payable by the client directly. Refund policies are shared at the time of engagement and vary by service type.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all applications. Submitting false or misleading documents may result in visa refusal, legal penalties, and termination of our services without refund. You are responsible for timely submission of requested documents and adherence to application deadlines set by embassies or universities.

Limitation of Liability

Career Masterz is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete documentation provided by the client, changes in immigration policies, or decisions made by embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific application in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages including loss of opportunity, travel costs, or accommodation expenses.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is the property of Career Masterz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

Communication
